Profile
With over a decade of teaching experience, I am dedicated to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for all students. I hold an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Education from Modesto Junior College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Stanislaus. Holding a Social Studies Composite credential, my academic background fuels my passion for helping students connect the past to the present and develop critical thinking skills that serve them well beyond the classroom.
Beyond academic instruction, a primary focus of my career has been enriching student life. As a Student Government Advisor, I work directly with student leaders to plan, organize, and execute impactful school activities, events, and campus initiatives. Throughout my career my involvement in education has extended into coaching several sports teams and advising extracurricular organizations and clubs. I strongly believe that student involvement outside the classroom is key to building confidence, leadership, and a sense of community.
