Profile
Mr. Jones didn’t begin as a teacher, but all of steps along the journey contributed to his passion for teaching. After college, he spent five years in the finance industry, including work for a large credit union as a licensed investment representative. Later, he moved to Mexico, where he lived for eight years immersed in the Spanish language in both his personal and professional life.
Now at West Jordan High, Mr. Jones loves sharing what he has learned through these experiences in meaningful, engaging ways with his students. At home, he spends lots of time outdoors with his wife, Carolina, and his two sons, Diego and Oliver. Every day is an adventure!
